What is Ranger?
A typical industrial tender runs to hundreds of pages of specifications, drawings, datasheets and commercial terms. Someone has to read all of it before the deadline, and it is usually the same two or three senior people every time. Ranger does that first read.
Upload the tender package and Ranger returns a structured breakdown of what the buyer is asking for, requirement by requirement. It then drafts the response from your past proposals, product documents and standards, with the source cited beside each answer. Reviewers work in one shared context instead of emailing versions around, and the finished file is exported when it is ready to submit.
On the buying side, Ranger compares competing supplier bids against your evaluation criteria and recommends a supplier for approval. Legal and commercial teams use it to review supply agreements, subcontracts and T&Cs against their own positions. Every flagged risk points to the clause.
Ranger works with PDFs, Word, Excel and scanned documents. Connections to SharePoint, cloud storage and document management systems are set up with your team during onboarding. SOC 2 Type I certified, and customer documents are never used to train models.
