What is ReCatch?
ReCatch helps solo operators and small beauty salons manage online reservations, customer details, staff availability, and day-to-day booking communication in one browser-based service. Salons can publish a dedicated booking page, accept reservations 24/7, let clients change or cancel appointments themselves, send booking notifications through LINE, maintain customer notes, showcase work in a gallery, and export sales data. Hot Pepper Beauty reservations can also be imported so operators can keep existing acquisition channels while reducing manual schedule updates. ReCatch is available in Japanese for salons in Japan. The flat-rate plan costs JPY 6,600 per month, including tax, with no setup fee, no per-booking commission, and no reservation limit. A 30-day free trial is available without card registration.
