What is ReceptionGO?
ReceptionGO is a cloud-based SaaS platform that automates front desk and reception operations for hotels, hostels, guesthouses, serviced apartments, vacation rentals, villas, campsites, and glampings. The platform covers the full guest journey without requiring hardware installation: guests complete ID verification, house rules acceptance, and payment before arrival via a hosted self check-in web page, then receive unique door codes automatically generated through smart lock integrations compatible with TTLock and most major electronic lock systems. Door codes are revoked automatically at checkout, removing manual key management entirely.
ReceptionGO centralizes booking management across Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and Beds24 in real time, alongside direct reservations processed via Stripe, all visible from a unified dashboard showing reservation status, guest progress, and compliance reporting. Payment collection and tourist tax calculation are handled through the same Stripe integration. Government guest registration reports are filed automatically to national authorities, reducing manual paperwork and compliance exposure. An AI guest assistant responds to inquiries on WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and email using property-specific context, covering check-in guidance, stay extensions, and general questions around the clock. On the Premium plan, the assistant also generates custom upsell offers and proposals for incoming guests, and a custom domain is available for the guest-facing check-in page.
Identity verification within ReceptionGO uses document scanning with MRZ data extraction, document authenticity checks, liveness detection, and facial comparison. The Premium plan adds advanced KYC capabilities. Automated fraud monitoring detects suspicious login attempts, unusual account activity, and abnormal platform usage. Pricing starts at 12.99 EUR per month for up to 10 guests and scales with capacity through to an enterprise tier for properties handling 500 or more guests. Setup is completed in minutes with no hardware to install, and a free 30-day trial is available.
