Rentory is a cloud-based residential rental property management platform built exclusively for individual landlords and private property owners in France. Accessible via web application, it centralizes property portfolios, lease management, tenant records, rent and charge tracking, and document generation in a single interface. Two subscription tiers accommodate portfolios of up to 5 properties (Proprietaire) or up to 20 properties (Rentier), with a free trial available requiring no credit card or commitment. A mobile application is currently in development.

All document workflows are aligned with French rental law and document standards. Supported lease types include unfurnished, furnished, mobility, and other formats with adapted clauses.
