Rentouri is rental shop software for ski, snowboard and bike rental businesses, with an online booking marketplace built in. It runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
Shops manage inventory down to the individual unit and size, with real-time availability across walk-in and online bookings, so a size is never oversold. The counter board shows today's pickups, gear out and returns. Staff hand out equipment by scanning a barcode or QR code, collect an e-signed rental agreement on a tablet, and record cash or card payments, split payments and damage deposits. Pricing covers any duration, from an hour to several weeks, with seasonal rules.
Online bookings are paid upfront through Stripe and paid out to the shop's bank account. Travelers book the exact model and size on rentouri.com before they arrive.
Also included: weekly calendar, analytics, staff roles, multi-location, EUR and PLN, English and Polish. From 99 EUR per month. Commission only on marketplace bookings.
