Renviq - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

Renviq is a multi-tenant web application for independent vehicle rental operators. There is nothing to install: it runs in the browser on desktop and phone, in nine interface languages including right-to-left Arabic.

Booking and availability

Bookings are stored as a UTC instant, a naive local wall clock and an IANA timezone per side, so a multi-location fleet stays correct across DST and retroactive timezone changes. Availability accounts for confirmed bookings, maintenance blocks and a configurable turnaround buffer. The calendar shows the month by status.

Pricing

A seven-step pipeline resolves every quote: per-vehicle tariffs, seasonal rules, weekend uplift, length-of-rent tiers, extras, conditional fees and promotions, with rounding applied once at the end. Each step appends to a breakdown the operator and the customer both see line by line. Money is stored as integer cents throughout.

Handover and documents

Pickup and drop-off inspections capture odometer, fuel, damage markers and photos. Rental agreements are signed by both operator and customer in a signing session and rendered to PDF with an audit trail. Drop-off data drives automatic overage lines: extra mileage, fuel, cleaning and late return, priced from the operator's own rates.

Invoicing

Line items with per-line tax, B2B reverse charge, credit notes, payment receipts and monthly billing for long-term rentals. Document numbering is sequence-allocated per tenant and format-aware. Customers and payments export to CSV.

Payments

Stripe Connect with direct charges into the operator's own account. Customers save a card on a Stripe-hosted page; deposits are held on that card and re-authorised every seven days for as long as the rental runs, with partial capture at return. Renviq takes no percentage of the operator's transactions. Cash, bank transfer and card-terminal payments are recorded manually.

Document scanning

Passports, ID cards, driving licences and vehicle registration documents are read by a vision model and used to prefill the renter and vehicle forms, with a per-plan monthly quota.

Government reporting

Spain: Veri*Factu invoicing records chained with SHA-256 and sent to the AEAT web service once the company connects its own certificate, with a tax QR on every invoice and credit note; SES.HOSPEDAJES renter data to the Ministerio del Interior. Italy: FatturaPA XML generated for the operator to transmit through their own channel, and Ca.R.G.O.S. car-rental contracts to the Polizia di Stato. Not supported in the Basque Country or Navarra, which run their own systems. Renviq is not homologado or certified by anyone; no such certification exists.

Security and data protection

Email and password or Google sign-in, optional two-factor authentication, and four staff roles with per-module permissions. Every query is tenant-scoped in application code. Identity documents, agreements, invoices, signatures and damage photos are stored privately and served only through an authenticated, tenant-scoped proxy; only vehicle images and operator branding are public. The privacy policy states the lawful basis, retention periods and the full subprocessor list, and a signed DPA under GDPR Article 28 is available on request. Renviq is operated from within the EU.

Integrations

Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in. There is no public API and no outbound webhooks today.
