Walk into the confirmation review or design file review already knowing every thread the assessor is likely to pull. It is made for the engineers and quality staff who own the trace: systems, requirements and verification engineers and design quality.

The input is the export you already have. In the first box, one requirement per row with its ID and parent link at least, plus level, verification method, verified by, status, safety rating, last changed, derived and validation if your export carries them. In the second box, optional test results.

Each chain is drawn from the top-level requirement down with verification on the right: highlighted where traced and passed, ringed where it breaks, struck through where the requirement changed after its pass. Safety-rated requirements come first. Ten findings in a fixed order name the requirements involved and the clause of the standard you ticked, from ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, IATF 16949, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, the FDA QMSR, DO-178C or AS9100D. A review sheet has blank columns for the reviewer's decision and a board summary puts the counts on one page.

The requirement text is optional, there is no connection to your tools, and nothing leaves the browser until you save. It does not claim the matrix is complete.
