RetryFix is a cloud-based automated failed-payment recovery and dunning platform built for Stripe-based subscription businesses, including SaaS companies and other recurring billing operations. It monitors a connected Stripe account for failed payments, applies decline-code-aware logic to distinguish soft declines (timing-related) from hard declines (messaging-related), and routes each failure into the appropriate recovery sequence. RetryFix operates on top of Stripe Smart Retries rather than replacing it, extending recovery coverage to hard declines where retries alone are ineffective.

The platform runs a sequenced dunning process in which customer messages identify the specific decline reason, are timed to land between retry attempts, and escalate as the recovery window narrows. A pre-authenticated, one-click card-update link reduces drop-off between customer awareness and payment method correction. Recovered payments settle directly in the merchant's own Stripe account; RetryFix does not hold or move funds.
