RIGG overview
What is RIGG?
RIGG by Stonegarde is a cloud-based maintenance and industrial operations platform designed for manufacturing plants and other asset-intensive facilities. RIGG brings maintenance, operations, safety, training, workforce information, parts, and performance reporting into one connected system, helping plant teams replace disconnected spreadsheets, paper processes, and standalone tools with a shared operational workspace.
At its core, RIGG provides CMMS functionality for managing assets, preventive maintenance, corrective work, work requests, downtime, spare parts, and maintenance performance. Teams can build structured asset hierarchies, schedule recurring preventive maintenance, create and assign work orders, capture maintenance history, track equipment downtime, manage parts and inventory information, and monitor key maintenance metrics.
RIGG is designed around the reality that maintenance does not operate independently from the rest of a manufacturing facility. Production events create maintenance work, equipment issues affect operations, safety actions require follow-up, employees require training, and managers need visibility across these activities. RIGG connects these workflows so information can move between departments without requiring separate systems for every function.
The Operations area provides tools for tracking production plans, results, activity, and operational follow-through. Safety functionality helps teams manage actions, logbook information, and related plant-level responsibilities. Training tools support work instructions, training records, competency tracking, and training matrices so organizations can maintain visibility into employee qualifications and required development.
RIGG also provides analytics and reporting capabilities that allow users to review maintenance and operational performance using information already captured throughout the platform. Rather than maintaining separate reporting spreadsheets, teams can use a common source of operational data to understand work-order activity, downtime, preventive-maintenance performance, asset history, and other plant metrics.
The platform is intended for organizations that need more structure and visibility than spreadsheets or paper-based processes provide but do not want the complexity of deploying a large enterprise system simply to improve plant-floor execution. RIGG can be introduced with maintenance as the starting point and expanded across additional operational functions as the organization’s needs grow.
RIGG is particularly suited to manufacturing facilities establishing or modernizing their maintenance systems, greenfield plants building processes before production begins, organizations replacing fragmented maintenance records, and sites looking to improve coordination between maintenance and other plant departments.
RIGG is designed to complement the broader technology environment within a facility rather than require organizations to replace their ERP, MES, automation systems, or other established business platforms. Its focus is the day-to-day operational layer where employees create work, respond to equipment issues, complete preventive maintenance, track actions, document activity, and turn plant-floor information into accountable follow-through.
Stonegarde developed RIGG around practical industrial workflows with an emphasis on straightforward usability, clear information, and broad plant participation. The platform uses facility-based subscription pricing with unlimited users, allowing organizations to involve maintenance technicians, operators, supervisors, safety personnel, managers, and other employees without having to limit participation based on per-user licensing.
RIGG gives industrial teams one place to manage the work required to keep equipment running, people informed, actions accountable, and plant operations moving forward.
