What is RiLiFi?
RiLiFi is a cloud-based audience engagement platform for live quizzes, polls, Q&A, word clouds and spin wheels, all in one workspace. Hosts run sessions from a browser, and participants join from any phone or laptop with a PIN, QR code or link, with no app to download.
Live quizzes have timers, speed bonus scoring and a live leaderboard. Live polls show results in real time, anonymous or named. Live Q&A lets attendees ask anonymously and upvote the questions they most want answered, with moderation so hosts decide what goes on screen. Word clouds grow the most shared words in real time, with a built-in profanity filter and the option to hide words live. The spin wheel picks names or prizes fairly and accepts long lists pasted in one go.
Create with AI drafts a quiz, poll, word cloud, spin wheel or Q&A from one sentence, a PDF of up to 30 pages, or up to 3 photos of a handout or whiteboard. Plan a session goes further: describe the event once and RiLiFi builds a folder of activities with a suggested run order. Every draft opens in review, so hosts keep, edit or redo each question before anything is saved. Ready-made quiz templates for corporate, education, events and trivia give another quick starting point.
Smart Folders keep quizzes, polls, wheels, Q&A boards and bookmarks organised and shareable with teammates. Session reports show participation, results and upvotes, with CSV export.
RiLiFi is used in K-12 and higher education, corporate training and HR, town halls, live events and conferences, live streaming and nonprofits. The Free plan supports up to 100 participants per game with no credit card. Paid plans (Creator $7/month, Pro $12/month, Enterprise $25 per license per month) add higher participant limits, more content, analytics and team features. Billing is monthly or annual with no long-term contract, and the first paid subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Enterprise adds SAML SSO, a custom domain, single-tenant hosting and audit logs.
