RosterSafe overview

What is RosterSafe?

Most credentialing software is built for a single organization: one hospital,

one group, one medical staff office. If you run credentialing at a medical

billing firm, you are not that buyer. You carry many client practices at once,

and a tool built for one org leaves you keeping a separate copy per client and

reconciling them by hand.

RosterSafe starts from the multi-client case instead.

The client practice is a real boundary

Providers belong to practices, and that line is enforced in the database rather

than in the interface. A client's own staff can be given read-only access pinned

to their practice, so they see their roster and nothing else, and every report,

export and dashboard respects the same boundary. There are three roles: owner,

credentialer, and read-only client.

One roster, ordered by urgency

Every provider across every practice sits in one list sorted by what expires

first rather than alphabetically. Eight credential types are covered, including

state license, DEA registration, CAQH attestation, malpractice cover, board

certification, CPR and CME, plus a custom type for whatever else your firm

follows. Status is derived from the dates rather than typed by a person, so

nobody can mark something current that is not.

Alerts you can hold to account

You set between one and ten alert windows per credential, anywhere from 1 to 365

days out, and each fires once per expiry date. The final window repeats daily,

escalation reaches the owner, and a lapse cannot be dismissed. Ten event types

across three channels, with each person holding their own matrix of what reaches

them where. Every send is recorded per channel with its status and the reason

when it fails, so whether an alert actually went out is answerable rather than

assumed.

Deadlines are counted on your firm's own calendar rather than UTC.

Screening, enrollment and documents

The roster is re-screened daily against the OIG exclusion list, SAM.gov and

state Medicaid exclusion lists, alerting only on genuinely new hits. Payer

enrollment moves through five statuses on a fixed graph with a follow-up log and

automatic chase reminders. Documents sit in a vault with six types, version

history, provider upload links and a missing-document checklist.

What it deliberately is not

A deadline instrument, not an enrollment workflow suite and not a credentialing

service. It does not submit applications, chase payers for you, or perform

automated primary source verification. It does not do clinical privileging,

committee voting or OPPE and FPPE, which belong to the hospital buyer.

A price you can read

Free on 1 provider with no card and no trial clock. $25 per active provider per

month after that, with a $100 monthly minimum. Annual bills at 10 times the

monthly rate rather than 12. Published on the website, month to month,

cancellable by you, no sales call.
