Saff is a document to spreadsheet conversion platform that transforms digital and image based documents into structured worksheet tables with user defined field mappings and integrated quality checks. The system processes pdfs, scanned pages and mobile phone photographs in batch mode, extracting specified data fields while flagging uncertain values for human verification prior to export. The software addresses heterogeneous document layouts and formats across numerous use cases such as invoices, bank statements, delivery notes, contracts, receipts and purchase orders in environments with bilingual or mixed script requirements.

The platform employs a workspace model in which custom column definitions are configured once and applied consistently across single files or entire batches. The extraction engine utilises optical character recognition to interpret text in digital documents and image based sources. The system supports bidirectional text for languages written from right to left alongside left to right scripts, including Arabic text with Arabic Indic numerals in mixed language tax documents. A side by side review interface displays each flagged value with a highlighted source region on the original document page, enabling precise verification before final data deposition. In its standard cloud configuration the service removes uploaded original files following extraction unless external storage is connected for retention, and retains extracted data values in encrypted user workspaces with strict separation between customer environments. Customer data is not employed for cross customer learning or model training.
