Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Sailiently overview
What is Sailiently?
Sailiently tells you whether AI engines recommend your business - and gives you the tools to change the answer when they don't.
Your buyers no longer scroll ten blue links. They ask ChatGPT, they ask Perplexity, they read the AI summary above every Google result. Those answers name three or four companies. There is no page two, no position eight that still earns a click. You are in the answer or you are not in the conversation - and traditional SEO tools cannot tell you which.
How it works
Citation Radar maps where you stand on the open web: who cites you, who mentions you, who ranks for your terms, and who appears inside Google's AI Overviews. Each scan is backed by evidence rows you can open. That is your baseline, and without one you can never prove improvement.
The AI Visibility Tracker asks your buyers' real questions across six AI engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode - over multiple passes, because a single query is noise rather than a pattern. Every question comes back in one of four states, per engine:
CITED - your page was used as a source for the answer.
MENTIONED - your brand was named, but without a link to you.
ABSENT - a competitor took the answer instead.
OPEN - no source owns that answer yet.
That fourth state is the one most tools do not report, and it is often the most valuable. An unclaimed answer is far cheaper to win than a contested one: there is no incumbent to displace and no authority gap to close. You simply publish the page that deserves to be the source.
The report also surfaces what you did not think to ask for. It names the companies the engines keep returning that were never on your competitor list - discovered rather than assumed - and gives you share of voice per question against the rivals you do track. For every question you lose, you see the specific competitor URLs cited instead of you, which turns an abstract loss into a concrete content gap you can act on this week.
GEO Optimization closes the gap. Audit any page for how AI engines actually read it, benchmark it gap by gap against the competitor pages that won the answer, and generate a citation-ready rewrite built strictly from your own content - never invented. Then re-run the same questions and measure what genuinely moved, per engine and per question.
Who is it for
Agencies and freelancers who bill per project, and in-house marketers who need to show whether the work landed. Because pricing is per job rather than per seat or per month, the cost sits inside the engagement you are already invoicing, and a quiet month costs nothing.
What makes it different
Pay per job, not per month. $1 = 1 credit, from 10 credits upward, with volume rates above 100. A free Site Check, 5 credits for a URL Audit, 10 for a Page Rewrite, 15 for a ten-prompt visibility run across all six engines. Credits never expire and there is no plan to cancel.
Every figure is a real measurement with its scope stated - this run, or across runs, never ambiguous. An engine we could not reach is excluded and disclosed, never counted as a zero against you. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Failed work refunds itself automatically, to the exact amount charged.
Every conclusion drills to its evidence in one click. Every table exports to CSV. A read-only share link hands a client or colleague the same navigable report, evidence included, with nothing to install and no credits they can spend.
Getting Started
Start with the free Site Check - it takes seconds, needs no card, and tells you whether AI engines can reach and read your site at all. Every new account then begins with 15 free credits, enough to audit a page and run your first questions across all six engines.
