Native apps are available for Mac, iPhone, and Android, with a web app also accessible, and initial setup takes approximately two minutes with the first brief delivered the same day.
The platform's triage logic surfaces one priority at a time alongside any time-sensitive notices, handling lower-priority items quietly to reduce information overload. When a stalled thread or missed follow-up is detected, Sharick drafts a reply or progress update in the user's voice and presents it for review before anything is sent. A user approval gate governs all outbound actions: the AI proposes, the user decides. Every suggestion is traceable to the originating document, message, or meeting transcript, and user data is never sold, shared, or used for model training.
