What is ShieldFive?
ShieldFive helps solo and small professional firms — immigration attorneys, accountants, and advisors — collect sensitive client documents without risking a data breach. You create a request with a checklist and send the client a secure link. They upload their documents in the browser with no account, no password, and nothing to install.
Every file is encrypted in the client's browser before it reaches the server, so ShieldFive operates on a true zero-knowledge basis: the server stores only ciphertext, and only your firm holds the decryption keys. That makes it a strong fit for firms handling passports, tax records, and identity documents under GDPR and strict confidentiality obligations.
Data is hosted in the EU and protected with post-quantum encryption (ML-KEM-1024). Start free with 20 GB and 10 active requests, no credit card. Paid plans are €29 per seat per month, and your clients never pay and never sign up.
