Most events aren't run from one system. Trader insurance sits in an inbox, pitch sizes in a spreadsheet, the running order in a shared doc and the site map on somebody's laptop. SmartGig puts those jobs with the event, so a change in one place shows up wherever it matters.

Trader Manager: collect trader, stallholder and exhibitor applications through your own form. Let applicants choose pitches, power and extras from your catalogue, ask for the documents each group needs, and see what's missing, expiring or waiting for review. Send invoices, take card payments through Stripe or record bank transfers, and handle share-of-sales agreements after the event. Bookings confirm themselves once the trader has paid and their paperwork is in order. Recurring markets run as one series, with regulars added to future dates once.

Ticketing: sell general admission, allocated seating, timed sessions and day passes from your own event page with 0% SmartGig commission. A waiting room keeps busy on-sales orderly, and buyers can choose seats together.

Site Plan: place booked pitches at the size each trader paid for, alongside stages, toilets, gates and access routes. Share staff and visitor maps from the same plan.

Stage Manager: collect act availability and technical requirements, check changeovers and clashes, and publish running orders to each stage crew.

Transport Manager: plan deliveries and collections around vehicle capacity, loads and time windows, import jobs from Current RMS and give each driver their stops on their phone.

On the day, gate teams check in ticket holders and traders with the free SmartGig Scanner app for iPhone and Android. Traders, acts and drivers get their own pages, so they stop ringing the office to ask where they're meant to be.
