Great stuff, very happy.
Beyonk's software has saved me huge amounts of time administering my bookings, and well as help me bring an increased level of organisation to my business. Customers no doubt appreciate an easy-to-use booking solution. I have used Beyonk for a couple of years now, and have witnessed the platform grow, work out problems, as well as continuously introduce new, useful features.
Nothing I particularly dislike! Have made various recommendations, which is other users share my thoughts, may be implemented in the future.

Beyonk fulfil the same booking platform as out previous product but in a much simpler and cheaper way.
As a non-techy person, being able to upload and edit my experiences, workshops and events simply and easily. My web designer was able to upload the portal to my website quickly and easily without having to refer back to Beyonk technical support. I like that the payment partnership with Stripe is so transparent.
Not found any issues as yet, other than requesting. new experience category to be dded that more accurately described my offering.

The software is easy to learn how to use and quite easy to use.
the fact that it doesn't inform you when a customer hasn't received a confirmation email.
Hi Alfie, and sorry to hear you're having problems not knowing if customers haven't received emails. In developing the Beyonk technology, we have taken a lot of care to ensure our booking confirmations have a very high success rate. In some cases, however, where customers may have a very rigorous filter on their emails which sends them to spam, there's very little we - or any other booking software...

Very easy and enjoyable process. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is brilliant, we had a few zoom calls to discuss what we needed and how our company works and how Beyonk could work for us, he answered all of my endless questions. Helped me set everything up and got it all running on our website. Fantastic customer service plus Beyonk is so endearing due to the no big set up fee/yearly fees so saves a lot of money. Software looks fab on our website and we can add experiences whenever we want. We also have Gift Vouchers set up which has proven popular as well. Really happy, thank you Louis and all the team at Beyonk.
Very easy to use, love how you can go on the diary and shut off a timeslot, a certain activity, a full day or even a period of time like we have done for the Christmas period. You can add activities whenever you like, also like the gift voucher
It takes a while to add all the activities as we are a multi activity centre but it is worth it and the software on our website looks fab

Absolutely 5 star!!!!!
We are a new start up and I am HOPELESS with technology! So much help and support, a really easy system to use. Everyone I’ve spoken to at Beyonk has just been brilliant and they’ve gone out of their way to help.
Very little. I don’t like the pop up support box that pings up a lot, but other than that, I can’t fault it
