New comments are checked within minutes, day and night, so spam and abuse disappear before your audience sees them.
The AI also drafts replies in your brand voice. You give it a short description of the brand, a few example replies and links to your FAQ or policy pages, and it answers real questions using those as its sources. Start in Draft mode and approve each reply, then switch to Auto once you trust it.
Every action is transparent: the inbox shows what the AI did, which rule it applied and how confident it was, and any action can be undone in one click. An audit log records everything for your team.
