Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Softaken Office 365 Backup Pro overview
What is Softaken Office 365 Backup Pro?
Softaken Office 365 Backup Pro is a Windows-based tool designed to back up emails from Microsoft Office 365 and save them on a local computer. It is useful for users who want to keep an offline copy of their important emails and access them when needed.
The software supports several popular file formats, including PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, and MBOX. This makes it possible to open the backed-up emails in applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and other supported email clients. It uses OAuth 2.0 authentication to connect with an Office 365 account. Users can select the complete mailbox or specific folders. It also provides mailbox, user, and date-based filters, which can help users save only the required emails instead of backing up everything.
The software has a simple interface that both tech and non-tech users can effortlessly use. It also enables users to store their resulting files at a chosen or selected path on the PC. Additionally, the O365 Backup tool works flawlessly and smoothly in Windows OS.
