They have the worst customer service, they auto renew your contract without notifying you, they tell you and the business [sensitive content hidden] that you're liars (but using other words) they give you the run around and you can never get anywhere with them.

It is very glitchy, you cannot get the system issues resolved, they claim that they have no issues of file for you, or records of you calling in to get tech support.

The email has unlimited but the text only has about 100 characters and we have to include the patients name and our practice name and phone # in the text so by that time it is really hard to offer different appointments as well as personalize the text message.

Glitched and sent way too many reminders, getting many of our customers to complain/reply STOP.

Seems as if the representatives aren't educated enough about the platform because all they do is send you articles to fix yourself (which doesn't answer your questions sometimes)

Conversations, recalls, newsletters are all very easy to use.

When is was working right, it was an ok program for communication

then when I tried to leave they brought out the fine print, but if I stayed they refused to fix the myriad of problems so they released me.

My Rep called constantly trying to get me to sign up.   Once I did and tried to get a hold of the rep for some questions he would not answer or return a single call.  

Terrible company with terrible ethics and business philosophy.

I love that when a patient cancels their same-day appointment, Solutionreach notices that and will not send them a reminder/review for an appointment that no longer exists.

Its crazy that in these days and times their system limits the # of characters you can enter into a text  in a msg or reminder etc.

The auto updates in our schedule allow us to keep our schedule fully booked at all times.

Then features stopped working and were  never fixed.

Like I mentioned before, it has saved our relationship with our patients since they are no longer getting reminders for an appointment that no longer exists.

I would avoid this contract oriented sales company at all cost.

I like how they are niche focused to our practice.

Overall, they are pretty inexpensive compared to other services and you will find out why.

Under groups you can not type notes per patient for sending messages

They told us we would have to pay more for T-Mobile and now our Verizon patients are getting notified either.  

This software was great when we first got it but now probable less than 5% of people are getting their notifications.

Then Solutionreach partnered up with our dental software company and they offered us a free trial period.

I love that I have the support from the Customer Service dept because they are always available to answer my questions or help with concerns.

It also helps our staff focus on other areas.

Solutionreach has also saved me time with my workload.

The first person to answer the phone can never actually do this or fix the issue, so they need to set up a call with a case manager (NEVER on the same day you call, usually a day or two later).

Our physician died because of covid and had to shut our practice down, after being signed up forcefully since 2017 but they now magically refuse to cancel because we never gave them a cancelation notice. Since February 2021 we have been constantly calling and emailing to no avail but evert month our credit card gets charged.

I'm writing this email on Monday as they never called me this morning either, forcing me to call in again only to find out the case numbers weren't even created (the whole reason they hung up on me to go do).
