Song7 - 2026 Pricing, Features, Reviews & Alternatives

Song7 is a cloud-based worship planning application built for church worship teams, worship leaders, and volunteer musicians at small-to-mid-size ministries. Accessible via web on phone, tablet, and laptop, it centralizes song libraries, chord charts, and setlists in one place, replacing paper binders, printed copies, and manual coordination workflows.

The platform offers a drag-and-drop setlist builder, instant one-tap chord transposition with capo settings, and chord charts that update in real time across all team members the moment a change is made. A digital song library supports tagging by theme, season, or mood with full-text search, and songs can be imported via ChordPro files, plain text, or photos of paper chord sheets processed through automated import. Presentation mode delivers full-screen lyric display on any screen, while dark mode keeps charts readable in low-light stage environments. Built-in rehearsal tools include a metronome, tuner, autoscroll, and on-tap chord diagrams with fingering. Role-based sharing across spaces assigns admin, editor, or member permissions to control team access.

Song7 targets religious organizations and church ministry teams that need a straightforward, focused toolset without the complexity of large production workflows. A free trial is available, with subscription plans on a cancel-anytime basis. The intentionally streamlined interface prioritizes speed and usability for volunteer-driven teams, with setlists buildable in under two minutes and all charts accessible anywhere with no manual distribution required.
