SPCAD is an annual-subscription CAD plugin that extends AutoCAD, BricsCAD, ZWCAD, GstarCAD, ProgeCAD, and CADMATE with 150+ specialized tools spanning GIS, mapping, terrain modeling, cadastral management, and spatial analysis. A single license activates on up to five devices, and a fully functional 14-day free trial is available. The plugin targets surveyors, civil engineers, cartographers, urban planners, land developers, and geospatial professionals working in firms and government agencies across surveying, civil engineering, infrastructure, energy and utilities, irrigation, and water management sectors.

SPCAD consolidates workflows that would otherwise require switching between CAD and GIS platforms. Core capabilities include bi-directional import/export for KML/KMZ, Shapefile, GeoJSON, GML, CSV/XYZ, GPX, LAS/LAZ, DEM, and LandXML formats; management of 4,500+ global coordinate systems with transformation, grid-to-ground conversion, and real-time coordinate tracking; and web map integration pulling tiles from ESRI sources, Bing Maps satellite imagery, and OSM vector data. Topography and terrain modeling tools generate TIN surfaces from point data, produce contours, cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, and elevation graphs, and calculate cut/fill volumes and area-capacity curves. Cadastral workflows are handled through a dedicated Parcel Manager supporting lot division, parcel construction, annotation, and export across multiple land division methods.
