What is StruXure.co?
StruXure.co is a commercial construction management platform built by a fourth-generation general contracting family, for the general contractors and specialty trades who do the work.
It covers the full project lifecycle in one place: plan and drawing management with revision tracking across every sheet, RFIs and submittals with ball-in-court accountability, change orders, daily reports, job financials and progress billing with retainage, and scheduling with Primavera P6 import. Mobile field access keeps the jobsite and the office working from the same information, and a Sage Intacct integration connects project operations to accounting.
What makes it different is the pricing model. Instead of charging a percentage of your annual construction volume, StruXure.co is a flat annual license with unlimited users. Architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors can all be brought onto a project without per-seat fees, so collaboration is not something you pay extra for.
