TeamShotsPro helps remote, hybrid and growing companies create consistent AI headshots for team websites, LinkedIn, email signatures and employee directories.

An administrator sets the company style once, including background, branding and clothing, then invites team members through a shared dashboard. Allow about 5–10 minutes for the initial style setup and about 5 more minutes to send invitations. Each team member uploads one clear selfie from home, the office or anywhere in under 2 minutes. Additional source photos are optional. Generation time varies; the app shows progress, and teams should review the results before use.

Each paid seat includes 8 headshots, with 1 included Improve per generated photo. The team dashboard tracks invitations and photo progress, helping administrators coordinate existing staff and new hires. Available styling controls depend on the selected package and admin settings.

Pricing is a one-time payment with graduated seat bands: seats 1–4 cost $29.99 each, and seats 5–24 cost $23.99 each. Each rate applies only to seats in that band. A 24-person team costs $599.76 total, averaging $24.99 per person. The initial purchase requires at least 2 seats ($59.98 before discounts). Self-service checkout supports total teams of 2–199 seats; contact sales for 200+. Purchased photo credits do not expire.

New company accounts can evaluate 3 branded test photos without commercial-use rights. There is no free plan. TeamShotsPro runs in a web browser; support is available through email/help desk and FAQs, with written documentation for setup.
