TerraMapr overview
What is TerraMapr?
Terramapr turns a satellite view of any address into a measured, priced plan. Trace a boundary, fence run, paddock, driveway or building and the area and each side length appear as you draw, in metres and hectares or feet and acres. Turn on contours, slope or 3D terrain to read the ground before you quote. Give any shape a rate (per metre, per square metre or a fixed amount) and the quote totals itself. When it is ready, export a PDF drawing set (site plan on a grid, key plan, schedule of areas and lengths, and the quote) in a dark or print-friendly light style, or send your client a link to view and accept the quote online. Terramapr runs in the browser with nothing to install. It is aimed at fencing and landscaping contractors, farmers and property owners who need numbers they can quote from, without GIS or CAD training.
