Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

TicketsData overview
What is TicketsData?
TicketsData is an API platform that aggregates real-time event and ticket data from major primary and secondary marketplaces, delivered as normalized JSON. Instead of maintaining a separate integration for each source, teams query one REST endpoint for live pricing, seat availability, listing counts, and event metadata.
Data is normalized across sources, so pricing and availability fields stay consistent regardless of origin. That removes most of the transformation work before data reaches your application or analytics pipeline. Results are available through the API, exportable as JSON, or viewable in the dashboard alongside a Live API Tester for validating queries before writing code.
The API works with Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby, Go, and curl, with ready-to-use code examples and full documentation. Scheduled monitoring runs at intervals from one to sixty minutes with configurable detection targets for price changes, availability shifts, and new listings, delivering notifications by email, Discord, or webhook.
Market Intelligence reports resolve a single event across every mapped marketplace, returning normalized listing counts, fee ratios, median pricing, and inventory quality metrics for cross-market comparison.
Built for high request volumes with automated failover and monitored uptime. Plans scale by request limits and concurrency, covering everything from prototype projects to production workloads at ticket brokerages, analytics platforms, and pricing tools.
