TouchDrop overview

What is TouchDrop?

TouchDrop is direct mail automation software for Shopify brands in Australia, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. It sends personalised physical postcards from the customer data those brands already have.

Connect Shopify, use a Klaviyo or Omnisend segment or a supported webhook trigger, and choose a postcard design. Run win-back, abandoned-cart and post-purchase campaigns. TouchDrop handles printing and domestic postal lodgement through Australia Post, Royal Mail in the UK and PostNL in the Netherlands.

Each postcard carries a unique QR code and discount code per recipient. TouchDrop tracks QR scans and attributes qualifying orders to campaigns within a 60-day attribution window. There is no minimum postcard run. TouchDrop is an official Klaviyo Technology Partner.

Australian platform plans start at A$79 a month. Postcard printing and postage are charged separately, with per-card rates based on the plan and send size. Australian prices include GST. UK and Netherlands prices are published on the regional pricing guides.
