Treatlly is clinic management software built in India for OPD clinics, polyclinics and small clinic groups, from a single-doctor practice to a multi-doctor, multi-location group. It is cloud-based with nothing to install: a browser dashboard for the clinic, and Treatlly staff apps on iOS and Android for doctors and reception.

Patients book and pay online (UPI, card, net banking) on the clinic's own website or branded app and get an SMS confirmation. Each sitting keeps separate online and walk-in seats, so the counter never runs dry; reception checks patients in with a token number and the queue moves on screen. Doctors see each patient with their visit history, family members and uploaded reports, and sign digital prescriptions on the clinic letterhead. Holiday and bulk reschedules, patient self-reschedule and follow-up booking are built in.

Payments settle to the clinic's own bank account with 0% commission; a finance-only accountant login sees money without medical records. Optional add-ons: digital prescriptions, video consultations, a white-label patient app, and an AI-assisted prescription pad with voice dictation.

Flat monthly plans from ₹2,999 including GST, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. Patient data is stored in India, aligned with the DPDP Act, 2023. Most clinics go live on the day they sign up, with onboarding on a call. Treatlly is deliberately an outpatient system: there is no inpatient, pharmacy or laboratory module.
