Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Trimly overview
What is Trimly?
trimly is booking and business-management software for barbershops, hair salons and beauty studios operating in Spain. It replaces the appointment book, the till, the client list and the invoicing software with one system that runs on the phone the owner already has.
- The Booking Experience
Clients book from a mobile browser in under a minute. There is no app to install and no account to create: a client is identified by phone number and verified with a WhatsApp PIN, then receives confirmation, reminders and any cancellation notice on WhatsApp. Booking is a two-screen flow — service, then time — with multi-service visits booked as one continuous block with the same barber. Fully booked days can capture a waitlist, and clients can cancel or reschedule themselves within the window the shop sets.
- Your own site, not a marketplace profile
Each business gets a complete booking website carrying its own name, colours, photo gallery and staff profiles, published on a trimly subdomain or on its own custom domain. Edits publish immediately. The site is structured for search engines and can be linked from Google, Instagram or WhatsApp. trimly runs no marketplace, so a shop's clients are never shown a competitor.
- Running the day
A team calendar covers every chair, with per-barber services, pricing and duration, weekly schedules, holidays and time off. Walk-ins are registered in two taps and land in the same calendar, till and reports as an online booking. Client records hold visit history, notes, birthdays, before-and-after photos and a no-show count.
- Money
Visits are closed in two taps, recording cash, card or Bizum separately, with tips attributed to the barber who earned them. The daily till reconciles itself. Card payments are taken online or in person through Stripe. Prepaid session packs and gift cards can be sold and redeemed across visits. Product sales draw down stock, and services can consume supplies automatically. Reporting covers revenue by period, revenue per barber, and a monthly commission statement exportable to CSV.
- No-show protection
Automated WhatsApp reminders, optional deposits at booking, per-service deposit overrides, and a rule that makes a deposit mandatory for clients who have already missed appointments.
- Spanish E-invoicing
VeriFactu invoicing conforming to the AEAT: a per-business chained hash, sequential numbering, a QR code on each ticket, and full anulación and rectificativa handling. A quarterly CSV export goes to the shop's gestor. Included at every price point rather than sold as a higher tier.
- Languages
The admin runs in the owner's own language — Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, Valencian, English, Portuguese, French, Ukrainian and Arabic. Shops enable whichever languages they want on their booking site, and each client is then served the site in the language their device is set to, detected automatically.
- Integrations
Stripe and Stripe Connect for card payments · WhatsApp for client messaging · Google Calendar two-way sync per barber · AEAT VeriFactu · custom domains · CSV and vCard export.
- Security and Data
Hosted in the EU and GDPR-compliant. Role-based access for owners, managers and barbers, with barbers restricted to their own chair and their own figures. Certificates for e-invoicing are stored encrypted. Card payments are direct charges into the shop's own Stripe account — trimly never holds the money and takes no percentage of it.
- Pricing
From €19.99/month flat, with unlimited barbers on the higher plan. No per-booking commission, no per-client fee, no contract. One month free, no card required.
