What is TurnMyRental?
TurnMyRental is a web application that schedules cleaning turnovers for vacation rental hosts who employ their own cleaners, using ordinary text messages. Hosts connect an iCal link from Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, Lodgify, Guesty, Hostaway or any other system, up to five per property, so stays from every site merge into one schedule. OwnerRez accounts can connect with an API token instead. For each gap between stays, the cleaner gets a text with the date, the checkout time and any pay the host entered, and answers YES or NO. A cleaner who declines or does not answer is followed by the next backup in the host's ranking. The cleaner opens a room-by-room checklist in the phone browser, adds photos where required, and reports damage or low supplies. Hosts who add a mobile number are texted as the clean is accepted, started and finished. Every clean leaves a report of each item and photo. There is no native mobile app and no open API.
