What is Tutelia?
Tutelia is an online floor planner that turns a 2D drawing into a 3D model you can walk through, and lets you send it to clients with a link.
Start from a blank grid and type the length of each wall, or upload a plan you already have (JPG, PNG or SVG) and trace over it. Room areas appear as soon as a room is closed. Furnish with the built-in catalogue, add lights, doors and windows, choose floors and wall colours, and add balconies, gardens, a pool, more floors with stairs, or a basement.
Switch to 3D anytime to look from above, cut the building in section, or walk inside room by room, by day or in the evening.
Clients open the shared link in any browser, on a desktop, tablet or phone, without installing anything or creating an account.
Plans download as a scaled A4 PDF or as PNG and JPG images, with a floor-area sheet in m² and sq ft.
Free for up to 2 projects. The subscription unlocks unlimited projects, sharing by link, and your agency's logo and contact menu on every link.
