Uniformly overview
What is Uniformly?
Uniformly replaces uniform spreadsheets and paper sign-out sheets with one record per garment. Hotels, resorts, casinos, clubs and other operators issue and return uniforms by scanning with a phone camera, barcode scanner or UHF RFID reader, and see at any moment who holds what. When someone leaves, the offboarding view lists what they still hold. Laundry runs are counted out and back and reconciled with the laundry provider on four shared counts. Stock is managed by style, size and site, with par levels from headcount and replenishment by size. Reports export to CSV, and every change is kept in an audit history.
Specs and security: web-based, runs in any modern browser on PC, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. Scanning works with phone cameras, USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners and keyboard-wedge RFID readers. CSV import for stock and staff, including from InvoTech. Each customer's data is isolated at the database with row-level security, access is role-based and scoped by site, and SAML 2.0 single sign-on is available on paid plans.
Commercial laundries get a free workspace to work with their hotel customers. The Free plan covers up to 30 managed employees with no time limit; paid plans start at US$79 a month.
