UniverseIT supports multi-campus trust structures where each campus maintains its own academic calendar, course catalogue, and grade scheme. The unified dues register consolidates tuition, hostel, mess, transport, and library fines, with automated fee reminders delivered via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and in-app notification in the family's preferred language from a choice of English and nine Indian languages. A double-entry ledger with locked posted entries, reversal-only corrections, and a full audit trail records every change to marks, fees, or receipts, including who made the change, from what value, to what value, and when.
