VABS overview

What is VABS?

VABS is a white-label back-office and core banking platform built for fintech companies, neobanks, payment providers, crypto-finance projects, and financial service businesses that need to launch and manage financial products without building core infrastructure from scratch. Available via cloud or on-premise deployment under the client's brand, VABS combines core banking, payments, compliance, monetization, and product management in one modular ecosystem, with deployment measured in weeks rather than extended custom development timelines.

The platform's core ledger supports synthetic and analytical accounts, multi-currency accounting, virtual transactions, and automatic reconciliation. An omnichannel payment engine covers nine payment scenarios including SWIFT, SEPA, BSB, IFSC, internal transfers, B2B, P2P, recurring, and bulk payments, with cascading limits and AI-assisted routing. Compliance tooling includes Maker-Checker approval workflows, KYC/KYB integrations, sanctions screening, PEP and Adverse Media checks, periodic rescreening, KYT monitoring, real-time alerts, automated risk scoring models, and temporary blocking for suspicious activity. Monetization controls span smart tariffs, commission matrices, discount and cap rules, tariff inheritance, rate aggregation, spread management, slippage control, and audience segmentation across eight or more controls.

VABS extends into product catalog management covering virtual and physical cards, PIN management, velocity limits, deposit products, automated underwriting, lending schedules, overdue control, penalties, and NPL reservation. Fiat and crypto infrastructure includes fiat APIs, blockchain nodes, ERC-20 asset support, smart contracts, and custodial and non-custodial wallets with automated liquidity monitoring. A built-in CRM and agent network module delivers a 360-degree client view, support ticketing, mass onboarding via XLSX/CSV, agent hierarchy management, invite links, and automated reward distribution. For Islamic finance use cases, the platform supports Sharia-compliant banking models including Murabaha, Ijarah, profit-sharing logic, separated accounting pools, and Zakat calculation.
