What is ValueRamp?
Built for B2B SaaS customer success teams, ValueRamp replaces scattered spreadsheets and tools with one account record covering onboarding, adoption, renewals and churn risk. Onboarding plans and milestones are shared with the customer through a portal, so both sides work from the same plan after the handoff from sales. An AI layer uses that same record to summarise accounts, highlight risk and draft next steps. Every tier includes every feature and the AI. Plans are priced on the ARR or number of accounts you manage rather than per seat, and operations, finance, customer and stakeholder seats are unlimited.
