Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Vendor Register overview
What is Vendor Register?
Supervisors now ask for the register of third-party dependencies by name. Vendor Register lets a vendor manager at a mid-sized financial firm build it from the spreadsheet already in the contract folder, without first buying a third-party risk platform. Paste one vendor per line with as much as you have: what it provides, category, annual spend, vendor and service country, systems, single source, contract end, criticality, exit plan and subcontractors.
A first line can tick DORA and pin the date. If you prefer, start from your company website: privacy, subprocessor and security pages are read to seed the list, with the source page shown on each row. The register shows where your dependency sits: each vendor's share of spend and systems, the country it lands in, criticality, single-source status and days left on the contract.
Across the register you see the largest vendor, the top three, the largest country, vendors with no fallback and contracts ending inside 90 and 180 days. Tick the regimes that apply and each vendor carries the clauses attached to the relationship: DORA Articles 28 to 31 and the contractual provisions of Article 30, NIS2 Article 21(2)(d), 21(3) and 24, the NIST SP 800-161 supplier controls and ISO/IEC 27001 controls 5.19 to 5.23. Pricing: the free plan lets you try eight vendors without an account.
Solo is USD 29 per month for one person, adding CSV export, the DORA register of information, the NIS2 supplier clause checklist and a board summary. Team is USD 99 per month for the whole organisation.
