Verismo APEX is a web-based OHIP billing and remittance management platform designed for Ontario physicians across all disciplines and billing models, including FHO, FFS, and multi-location practices such as family health organizations, walk-in clinics, hospitals, and after-hours clinics. The platform ingests raw MCEDT files, including remittance claims, error reports, batch edits, and TPT files, and aggregates them into a single searchable interface, giving physicians and clinic administrators a consolidated view of billing activity across all clinic and hospital locations.

Core functionality covers the full OHIP billing workflow: claim submission via CSV or XLSX upload, health card scanning to auto-fill patient number, version code, and birth date, and remittance advice tracking with error correction rate monitoring. Rejected claims are returned with corrections already worked out for review and resubmission. Stale-dated claims are flagged for resubmission to the Ministry rather than written off. The claim adjustment module identifies paid claims billed below the qualifying amount and initiates requests for the difference.
