Every inbound call is forwarded to VettedCalls infrastructure before the user's phone rings. An SMS STATUS command returns same-day call totals on demand. The Receptionist plan adds an AI receptionist that handles missed calls by asking callers what they need and which days suit them, then delivers a structured summary and full transcript to the user's dashboard. An AI model analyzes each unknown caller's spoken response to extract the caller's name, a short topic, priority status, and spam likelihood, supporting consistent screening decisions across all inbound traffic.
