Vilya is a browser-based anti-assassination and mission planning platform that reconstructs any real-world location as a live 3D operating picture, generated from an address in approximately twelve minutes using national LiDAR data. Designed for close protection teams, police forces, event security operators, military and government agencies, and critical infrastructure operators, Vilya consolidates functions that would otherwise require separate tools — maps, land registries, CCTV dashboards, radios, flight trackers, and group chats — into a single, unified model of the real environment. No installation is required; the platform runs entirely in the browser.

Vilya delivers a broad set of operational capabilities on one shared model. Line-of-sight and ballistics analysis identifies every rooftop and window with a sightline to a principal within 800 metres, with ballistics solved per cartridge accounting for wind, humidity, earth rotation, and over 20 real-world scope reticles. Smart Routes generates and scores three route options for exposure, marking worst points, choke points, and the nearest hospital. Building ownership and OSINT surfaces owner identity, registered companies, NATO sanctions status, and hidden links between owners in a single click. A 2D floor plan can be converted into a fully walkable 3D building before teams leave the office. Crowd and evacuation simulation supports up to 30,000 people, grading crowd density A to F and testing evacuation scenarios with variables such as blocked exits. Live CCTV feeds are projected onto the 3D model at real coordinates, with camera blind spots drawn on the ground. Vilya supports three deployment modes: connected cloud, restricted network, and fully air-gapped on operator-owned hardware. In air-gapped mode, the server refuses all outside connections and all data is loaded before deployment, making it suitable for military and government environments with strict data boundary requirements. Updates can be applied automatically, on approval, or manually from a drive. Access is invitation-only with no public sign-up, and a complete audit log records who saw what and when. Vilya also supports Martyn's Law compliance by allowing procedures to be planned on the real venue geometry and generating SIA evidence from the same model.
