What is Votelia?
Votelia is an AI phone receptionist for small businesses in France. It answers every incoming call 24/7 in natural French, so tradespeople, garages, hair salons, restaurants and real estate agencies never miss a customer while they work.
On each call, Votelia understands the request, answers practical questions (hours, address, services, prices), and books, reschedules or cancels appointments directly in Google Calendar based on real availability. The customer receives an SMS confirmation. Urgent calls are forwarded to the owner, or saved as priority callback requests.
After the call, the owner sees the appointment and a written summary in the Votelia dashboard. Businesses keep their existing number through call forwarding, and setup is done with the Votelia team at no extra cost. Servers are hosted in France.
