WashPro is car wash and auto detailing management software for iPhone, iPad and Android, with a browser version included in the same subscription. It is built for independent car washes, detailing studios and mobile wash teams.

Jobs open from a photo of the licence plate: the plate is read on the device, and returning customers bring their history with them. A live queue board shows waiting, in-progress and ready cars on a tablet or the waiting-room TV, and the app estimates handover times from past jobs.

For auto detailing shops, WashPro adds a vehicle inspection form with a damage diagram, photos and customer signature at drop-off; a one-page Vehicle Check-in Form in PDF to send on WhatsApp or print; prepayments and booking deposits that come off the total at handover; warranty tracking by plate with a Warranty Certificate for services such as ceramic coating and PPF; maintenance reminders showing which customers are due, with the message ready to send on WhatsApp or SMS; and a full vehicle history for every plate.

Customers follow their car through a QR code, add an Apple Wallet pass on iPhone and request appointments from the map. Mobile wash teams get a day route with drive times and route optimization.

Owners manage memberships and fleet agreements, loyalty campaigns, per-staff commission, stock, expenses and the daily till, and can take online payment through their own PayTR or Stripe account. A push-to-talk walkie-talkie keeps the team in touch on the floor. Everything works offline and syncs when the connection returns.
