WaveCode is an all-in-one platform for Brazilian companies that sell to the public sector through government bids (licitacoes). It replaces a stack of separate tools with one system that covers the entire journey: discovering opportunities, preparing proposals, disputing in real time, monitoring, and managing contracts.

Core modules

- Bidding Robot: a desktop application that calculates and submits bids with millisecond precision. It covers pregao, concorrencia, and dispensa eletronica; supports all dispute modes under Law 14.133/2021 (open, closed, open-closed, closed-open); handles bidding by item and by group plus ME/EPP tie-break rules; and lets you set a strategy and a hard minimum price the robot never crosses. It runs unlimited CNPJs in parallel and automatically recovers dropped portal sessions so the dispute continues uninterrupted.

- Chat Monitoring: a cloud service that watches the auctioneer chat 24/7 and detects citations of your company (by legal name, trade name, or CNPJ), keyword matches, and status changes (qualified, disqualified, postponed). Alerts arrive on screen, by email, and by voice, so you respond within windows as short as two minutes. It also monitors the separate ComprasNet diligence chat.

- Tender Search & Prospecting: find opportunities without logging into each portal, with a daily email bulletin and bulk edital downloads (Pacotes).

- Proposals, a Kanban workflow, calendar, document manager, and a central notifications hub round out day-to-day operations.

Integrations & coverage

WaveCode connects to Brazil's main public-procurement portals: Compras.gov.br (ComprasNet), Portal de Compras Publicas, BLL, BNC, Licitacoes-e (legacy and new), Licitanet, CELIC, Banrisul, and Procergs. Coverage may vary by module. The Bidding Robot is installed on the user's computer and connects directly to the portals; Chat Monitoring and management run online (cloud, SaaS) and are reachable from any device.
