What is wellpolish?
wellpolish is a complete platform for running a nail salon, built by owners who have run their own salon for more than ten years and grew it to over seventy technicians.
Most salon software is made for hair salons, spas or any business with appointments. wellpolish is made for how a nail salon really works: turns, walk-ins, a manicure and pedicure at the same time with two technicians, and tips shared between two people.
Everything shares one set of records. A booking made online appears on the calendar, the turn sheet and the register at once, and nobody types anything twice.
* Calendar: one column per technician, parallel and tandem services, groups, deposits, waitlist and walk-ins.
* Turn sheet: a fair rotation that shows who is next and why, with requests and bonus turns.
* Online booking at the salon's own address, with the client's own account.
* Checkout: the whole visit on one ticket, fair tip splits, gift cards, and card payments at 1.99% + 15¢ in person.
* Clients and marketing: profiles, two-way texts, reminders, loyalty, campaigns and Google reviews.
* Team: the technician portal, schedules, payroll, commissions and tips.
* Reports, an AI receptionist that answers calls and messages, and Manny, an AI assistant for the owner.
It runs on a computer, iPad, iPhone or Android, in English and Vietnamese. Every feature is in every plan, from $79 a month, with no contract.
