Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Worship Desk overview
What is Worship Desk?
WorshipDesk is church management software for congregations that have outgrown spreadsheets and want their membership, giving and bookkeeping to live in the same place.
Know your congregation. Keep a searchable directory of members and visitors, grouped into households and assigned to branches. Record attendance service by service, with visitor and children's counts held separately. Small groups carry their own leaders, meeting times and member lists, and show at a glance which have stopped meeting or lost a leader. Follow-up tasks can be assigned to pastors or group leaders and chased until closed, so first-time visitors are not forgotten by week three.
Collect giving without the admin. Publish a donation page, let members give from their own portal, or enter cash and cheque offerings by hand. Regular donors can save a card and set a schedule that they or the office can pause and resume. Pledge drives track what was promised against what has arrived. Every gift lands in the church's books as it is received, so the treasurer is not rebuilding the month from bank statements.
Run the books properly. WorshipDesk includes church bookkeeping rather than pointing you at separate software: a full chart of accounts, designated funds, budgets, vouchers, payees, payables and invoices. Expenses are submitted, reviewed and approved in the system, with receipts attached and part-payments recorded. Statements can be produced on an IFRS basis for trustees, auditors and denominational returns.
Plan the week. Build orders of service, schedule musicians, stewards and other volunteers, publish rotas people can check on their phones, and keep events on a shared calendar. Sermons, sacraments and safeguarding records each have their place, and custom forms collect anything else — sign-ups, consent, applications, file uploads.
Stay in touch. Send SMS, email or WhatsApp messages to a group, a branch or the whole church using saved templates and merge fields. Messages go immediately or on a schedule. Birthday greetings can be automated entirely.
Keep control of who sees what. Every role is defined by the actions it is allowed to take, module by module. A rota coordinator never sees donation records; a treasurer never edits pastoral notes. Deleted records go to a recoverable archive rather than vanishing, and consent acceptance is stored with the version agreed.
Getting started. Existing member, household, giving and attendance records import from CSV or Excel with templates and validation, and every import is logged. Churches usually begin with the directory and giving, then switch on accounting, rotas and forms as they need them.
WorshipDesk runs in a browser on any device, supports several branches and currencies in one account, and is built so a volunteer administrator can use it without training.
