What is Wrench Node?
Wrench Node is all-in-one shop management software for independent auto repair shops. Repair orders, estimates, digital vehicle inspections, scheduling, customer records and two-way texting, payments, inventory, and reporting live in one system, in English and Spanish.
Repair orders keep pace with the shop. The status moves as estimates go out, customers approve from their phone, and invoices are paid, and customers get updates by text or email along the way.
Owners get the reports they actually close the month with: month-end sales and profit, sales tax, technician productivity, profit by part, and payments by method, all exportable to CSV.
Customers can pay by text, at the counter with a card reader, with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or finance the repair through Klarna, Affirm, or Sunbit. Invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online.
Voice-driven inspections, a shop memory built from your own repairs, and phone answering for missed calls round it out. Flat $79/month with unlimited users, a 14-day free trial, and free migration from your current shop software.
