ZEN ERP stands out because it combines the breadth of a professional ERP with the simplicity of a modern SaaS application. It is much more than invoicing and accounting software: CRM and sales, project management, supply chain and purchasing, quality management, HR, time tracking, and finance are all integrated in the same platform.

The Supply Chain Management functionality is one of its biggest strengths. ZEN ERP handles purchasing, receiving, supplier invoices, multi-level bills of materials, manufacturing and assembly, internal/external/consignment stock, shipping and delivery tracking. Most importantly for manufacturing and regulated industries, raw materials, components, subassemblies and finished products can be traced end-to-end using lot and serial numbers. Stock is therefore connected to the complete product lifecycle rather than being just a simple quantity field.

The specifications are also considerably more sophisticated than many SME business applications.
