Receiver tools enable recipients to access live estimated time of arrival updates, self-service details, digital freight documentation and damage reporting with photographic attachments. Temperature zone controls manage chilled, frozen and dry goods throughout the delivery day while cargo carrier tracking reduces losses and enhances accountability. The analytics module processes delivery data to identify operational patterns and opportunities for improvement. The reporting engine aggregates delivery performance metrics, deviation tracking, emissions data and customer-level insights for internal and external analysis.
