Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Zionit Multi Cloud Monitoring overview
What is Zionit Multi Cloud Monitoring?
Zionit Multi Cloud Monitoring is a cloud-based SaaS module within the ZioSet platform that delivers unified observability across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes estates. Designed for enterprise engineering, SRE, DevOps, FinOps, security, and leadership teams operating hybrid or multi-cloud infrastructure, it consolidates infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), log management, alerting and incident management, FinOps and billing dashboards, cloud security and compliance posture, auto discovery and topology mapping, and SLA/uptime dashboards into a single observability control plane. Deployment follows a phased rollout model: connect cloud accounts and Kubernetes clusters, deploy collectors and streaming ingestion, map services and SLOs, configure alerting and integrations, then enable FinOps and AI-assisted insights. Pilots can go live in days; full multi-cloud programs typically complete in phased waves over a few weeks.
Zionit Multi Cloud Monitoring unifies four telemetry pillars — metrics, logs, traces, and events — and correlates them with CI/CD pipeline activity, tying deployment and change events directly to live telemetry. APM capabilities include distributed tracing, service maps, latency breakdowns, and error budgets for both microservices and monolithic architectures. Log management covers centralized ingestion, search, parsing, and correlation with metrics and traces. The alerting and incident management layer provides smart alerting, on-call routing, runbooks, and automated incident workflows. FinOps dashboards surface cloud spend by team, project, and environment with chargeback-ready reporting and AI-assisted rightsizing, idle resource detection, and reserved-instance recommendations. Cloud security and compliance features include posture monitoring, policy drift detection, and compliance dashboards across multi-cloud estates. Auto discovery continuously maps services, dependencies, and infrastructure relationships with live topology views.
The platform integrates with a broad ecosystem without requiring replacement of existing tooling, supporting ingestion from Prometheus, Fluent Bit, and SDK collectors, CI/CD systems including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Argo CD, and incident and collaboration tools including PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and ServiceNow. Adapters for Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk are also supported. Role-based access with granular permissions per team and environment, audit trails with tamper-evident logs, and TLS encryption in transit for collectors, APIs, and exports are included. Industries served include IT and technology, financial services, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce, energy and utilities, telecommunications, legal and professional services, and healthcare.
