The price is absolutely fair, I am so happy to found this system. Super professional, fast and direct support.
Sometimes my customer reviews disappear from the site which is annoying. My client have contacted me at time to say they were not able to book as the site was not allowing it for some reason.
Love the ease for our clients to book and it has a built in website. It integrates with square and very affordable.
It's VERY annoying that we have to renew the free version manually on a monthly basis. This was forgotten the first couple of months, which caused issues with the widget on the website.
I love how user friendly this software is. I found the video tutorials very helpful and the customer service was prompt and friendly.
I found I was unable to resent a confirmation email to a client, may be me, but I could not find a way through their booking to resend so had to PDF print their ticket and send via normal email.
I love that it has so many features to customize the experience. As well its great help in cutting down bookings over the phone.
One downside is paying a monthly or yearly fee for something you may only use intermittently.
I've looked at different booking solutions and found SimplybookIt not only has the best solution, but it also has the best price/quality ratio. And the Support team has been very helpfull for me.
It has been a great experience and the customer support is very helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service.

My experience has been very positive for the overall business and I pertain the salons growth and success largely to Zenoti tools, which are continuously being improved and upgraded.
Their inventory module is by far the worst in the industry. Multi store transactions of transfers still is not working.
I think the inventory section of the software will work very well for us, help us save time ordering and help records be more accurate. The booking is very good also.
We used this software for a handful of months when our previous software for scheduling clients was continually failing us. Zenoti did not fix this problem in the slightest.

The lack of flexibility on these ends make the work difficult and a lot of time wastage applies.
They have excellent customer service which I favor so much. They are reliable, transparent and super informative.

Trainerize in general is a very good software for people who are into health and fitness. I am very happy to keep using their software as long as they keep updating the features as they currently do.
NO group reporting for the challenge groups and no live training features in the app.
I like that you have the option to upgrade for more clients; thereby not having to invest more money when you may not have the clientele to support that investment. The help desk is awesome as well.
There was some types of programming that were harder to build because of the limited types of building blocks given.
I love that everything can be done through an app since everyone has a smart phone, it's super convenient. I think it is a solid service and worth every penny.
Seems to have some connectivity issues due to other apps updating on their end. Since Trainerize talks to these, it can be frustrating for end user.
The interface and design is great for my clients, super easy to use on both of our ends. I love that I can integrate my YouTube videos on there.
Sometimes the app would stop working and I had to reopen.
This high quality and intuitive program, combined with great customer support, makes Trainerize well worth the small monthly investment. I would highly recommend.
It lets you share your success with your friends as well which is a real motivator. So, whatever you do, you can always share it with friends and get recognition.
It addresses most of the fitness programming and online coaching needs while allowing integration with other best in class platforms for an overall comprehensive system.
There are a bunch of fitness videos, and it's easy to send them out to our employees. There's also a tracking tool which makes it easy to track everyone's progress head to head.
It's easy to use and allows for some good customization when it comes to programing workouts.
I like the exercise video demonstrations and the ability to program.
It was somewhat easy to navigate and had good customer service.
Ease of use and the ability to quickly make modifications to clients programs.
Practical, reliable, intuitive. It allows to keep all my trainees, plans and workouts stored and ready to access and use with ease.

The lack of customization is frustrating. We have unique needs as an organization because we are a nonprofit serving underrepresented groups.

I like the way it is integrated with the coaches roll sheets and skill charts. I also love that it is a live system that parents can enroll through from home.
One of the features we enjoy most is the parent portal. Allowing parents to register on line for classes and events has saved us time and increased revenue.
It allows me to run efficiently and professionally. The cost is reasonable and the processing fees are good.

If you change the name of a service you have to cancel everyone's current membership and get them to sign up to a new one which can be time consuming.

Any issue or question I have had has been responded to and fixed within hours. The support team is super responsive and helpful.
Lack of communication with apple and your implementation team not keeping me informed with everything during the implementation process.
The functionality of this software is fantastic and super user friendly for both the trainer and the client.
Lastly, the integration for tracking steps is very limited. Fitbits, Garmin and Apple integration should definately be a part of the options.
My experience with Fitbudd has been amazing. The platform itself is extremely user friendly and the staff is very quick to respond and help with any issues I have had.
Some features are missing but the team will soon introduce these.
The Team at FitBudd are very helpful and are willing to help with any questions that I asked. Everyone was friendly and professional.
Pricey compared to other similar apps, tricky to get to learn some of the software.

I loved that all of the scheduling and finance management was transferred online, as this administration side 2as a part of the business that I wasn't enjoying, but was also taking a lot of time.
This avoids many internal developments that are often inefficient or very costly.
Robust, all inclusive system, with outstanding customer support.
No Vcita no business for me. They have no live support, I've hated this from day 1.
I love the simplicity and functionality of this product.
You cannot delete appointments made in error nor can you 'actually' delete contacts.
I like the ease of use and the time efficiency that this software has brought into the administrative aspects of my ministry.
My plug in from them runs on Wordpress. When you can't fix the Vcita plugin for Wordpress in 6 weeks I think you've got some bigger problems.
I just renewed my subscription for another year because it is one of the best business tools to make life easier, to save time, and to make more money.
Overall, the Vcita team takes care of their customers, they listen and they are helpful.
