have been using the WodGuru platform daily for managing my MMA gym, and I couldn't be more satisfied with its performance. Easy online registration for new clients, fully automated recurring payments, no unecessary functionalities
Would like to see slightly more reporting coverage that would help to check different KPIs on the spot without a need for exporting the data to excel and analysing via pivot tables. I know that such developments are planned and included in the roadmap.

Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also can find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.β¨ For me, as an owner, the report center available in the system is extremely valuable - it allows me to monitor various aspects of the club's activities on an ongoing basis, so I can quickly check what is working and what may be worth improving. β¨πͺπ» Finally, it is worth saying that the entire team behind WodGuru deserves great praise - the system is constantly being developed. If you got any questions, you can usually get an answer immediately, and communication is always very friendly!

The application itself is very intuitive and easy to use, both for me as the owner and for the studio's members. All of the important settings are easily accessible and configurable, thanks to the amenities and options that system provides. Moreover, communication with the customer service is exceptionally efficient, which significantly helps to solve any problems. When I found WodGuru, I was in the mid of looking for an app to automate registration for classes, and it turn out to hit the jackpot! I highly recommend it! π₯
I'm still getting used to the system and checking out new functionalities. So, so far I can't find anything that I could call problematic
